1. Cancellation by Students:
- Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will incur a fee equal to 50% of the class fee.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will result in the full class fee being charged.
2. Rescheduling Classes:
- Rescheduling Requests: Students may reschedule a class with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
- Limit on Rescheduling: Students may reschedule a maximum of two classes per term.
3. Cancellation by Instructors:
- Instructor Cancellations: In the event an instructor must cancel a class, students will be notified as soon as possible.
- Make-Up Classes: Efforts will be made to provide a make-up class at a mutually convenient time
4. Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate any urgent situations as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
5. Agreement:
By enrolling in the music class, students acknowledge and agree to the cancellation policy.
